Stripes, leggings, and some very bright pink shoes!

Is it just me, or are stretchy pants one of the greatest creations ever? I honestly don’t know what I’d do without my leggings.

 

Sometimes all it takes is a pair of leggings, a breezy long top, a funky necklace, and a pair of statement shoes. Comfortable, yet still looking put together, perhaps? This outfit makes me feel like I’m wearing pajamas (practically).

One aspect of this breezy, cape-like top that drew me in was the clever lining on the sides. Since the arm holes are draped low, the makers of this top were smart enough to insert a cropped “lining” inside to make sure you aren’t flashing anyone. I can certainly appreciate that!

And, can I gush for a moment over how much I love my Melinda flats from Ann Taylor? These bright pink slingbacks were calling my name for the past month or so, and I finally gave in to temptation. They are such a fun pop of color!
