My style: a black maxi dress by Tart
You might recall seeing this simple black maxi dress on my blog (almost a year ago…at the end of August). It is a straightforward and comfortable jersey dress by Tart, and I found it for a steal at T.J. Maxx. And it is still going strong as a piece in my wardrobe.
I love the ruching and draping of the dress, as well as the plunge in the neckline with the halter tie.
Previously, I’ve worn this look with a multitude of bangles on my wrists, but this time I was drawn toward some animal print accessories (in my shoes and bag)…and a pair of large chandelier earrings.
I have to give you a close up on these Amrita Singh chandelier earrings. They look like they’d weigh a lot, but they’re surprisingly comfortable. I love the clear stones in teardrop shape – they match everything! And do you know what’s even better about them? I found these chandelier earrings at…you guessed it…T.J. Maxx.
